Silicone replica

The silicone mold can be made in three steps:

1. Prototype: Before making the silicone mold, the prototype needs to be made. The prototype can be made of common ABS materials, which can be processed by CNC.

2. Silicone mold: After the prototype is ready, start to make the silicone mold. After drying for eight hours, cut the silicone die and take out the prototype. At this time, the silicone mold is ready.

3. Injection type: Inject the liquid PU material into the silica gel mold and dry it. The service life of silicone mold is about 10-15 mold times.
