Operation method of duplicate silica gel

1. Use a plastic bowl to hold 500g of glue, add 1.5% of curing agent at room temperature, and stir well for standby.

2. Treat and lubricate the master mold blank with release agent.

3. The lubricated mother blank is surrounded by wooden strips, which are also treated with mold release agent, and the gap between them is 2— 4cm.

4. Pour the prepared glue slowly along a fixed pouring point and vibrate from time to time to eliminate the air inside.

5. After the adhesive is cured for 60 minutes, it shall be surrounded by wooden strips, with a gap of 4cm, and the original wooden strips shall be removed.

6. Pour 1000g gypsum powder into the batten frame with water until it is full (the batten frame shall be divided into two parts with plastic sheets to facilitate formwork removal).

7. After 20 minutes, remove the wooden strip, and the mold will be completed.
