The silicone prototype processing will be cured immediately, resulting in cross-linking reaction, which makes the silicone become one piece at a time, and can not be painted or injected, thus wasting the silicone, Only pour the silica gel into the trash can and take the silica gel again.

3. The operation process of painting the handboard: the silica gel that has been evacuated and drained of bubbles is painted or poured. Pour it on the product (Note: the product or model to be copied before pouring silica gel must be coated with release agent or isolating agent). Then apply the silicone on the product. The coating must be even. After 30 minutes, paste a layer of gauze and weft cloth to increase the strength and tension of the silicone. Then apply a layer of silica gel, and paste a layer of gauze and weft cloth, so that it can be done after two times.
