The operation process of mold glue is generally carried out by brushing or pouring, which is mainly divided into: pouring mold, wrapping mold and slicing mold.

1. Cladding mold or slicing mold operation method: brush or pour silica gel that has been evacuated and drained of bubbles. Pour it on the product (Note: the product or model to be copied before pouring silica gel must be coated with release agent or isolating agent). Then apply the silicone on the product. The coating must be even. After 30 minutes, paste a layer of gauze and weft cloth to increase the strength and tension of the silicone. Then apply a layer of silica gel, and paste a layer of gauze and weft cloth, so that it can be done after two times. Only by doing this, the service life of the silicone mold and the number of mold turnover will be improved a lot, which can save costs. For large products, glass fiber cloth can also be pasted, but the glass fiber cloth cannot be pasted on one layer, because it is hard, and the inside of the mold will not be smooth.

2. Operation method of pouring mold or pouring silica gel into the mold: fix the mold according to the mold type. After fixing the mold type, pour the evacuated silica gel directly onto the product. After the silica gel is dried and molded, take out the product, and then the mold is formed (Note: The injection mold is generally made of silica gel with soft hardness, which is easier to demould and will not damage the products in the silica gel mold)

3. Production of external mold: generally, the method and material used are to surround the mold with plywood or wooden board. Once the mold cabinet is filled with gypsum, it is OK. The other method is to use resin painting. After painting a layer of resin, paste a layer of glass fiber cloth, then paint and paste. After two or three layers, the external mold can be completed. Note: After the silica gel mold is made, decide whether to cut the mold according to the characteristics of the product. If the mold is cut, it is sawtooth shaped.
