Product characteristics of ABS 3D printer consumables:

1. The rigid strength is harder than PLA, the toughness is better, and the stability is stronger

Application field:

1. Print items with relatively high strength requirements, such as pendants;

2. Print items that need to be processed subsequently, such as polishing, electroplating, etc

matters needing attention:

1. ABS material is brittle at low temperature. Pay attention to the heating of the bottom plate;

2. When printing ABS materials, there will be a similar smell of plastic burning. Pay attention to ventilation during printing;

3. ABS material has a relatively high shrinkage rate compared with PLA consumables, so there may be edge warping during printing. Pay attention to the use of perforated backplane for printing.
